When Rust Magazine commissioned MGV Productions to produce a launch for their new online magazine we understood we needed to use the most advance technology to truly capture the excitement of off road biking.

Our drone pilot, who also films for Top Gear, has incredible skill at filming bike at high speed and in tight locations while still maintaining a cinematic image with the frame.

This along with direction from our creative director Jonathan Palfrey lead to an exciting launch film which really encaulated the brand.

As part of the launch the Rust team also wanted to take viewers around the globe with their first trip in the US.

To maximise speed, cost and content a small crew traveled with the Rust team as they traveled across the East coast of America, filming their experiences, reviewing bikes and interviewing motorbike legends all within a short production timeframe.

This blend of efficiency and quality ensured incredible value for money and return on investment.

MAKING THE DIRT SHINE

A simple promotional film like this can drive a huge amount of interest towards a particular product. It can make the use of that product feel inspiring and leaves the audience wanting to find out more. With RUST Sports it was all about showing the best machines on two wheels, really exposing a sense of fun and adventure.
